ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be the go-to person for everything admin, responsible for keeping workflows on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar industry (electrical, plumbing, construction, trades), who’s tech-savvy and thrives on getting things done.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinating job scheduling and supporting the field team
- Managing invoicing and receipts using Xero and Dext
- Overseeing job workflows via Ascora
- Maintaining WHS compliance and documentation
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in senior admin or office management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Xero, Dext, Ascora (or similar)
- Background in electrical, construction or trades industries is a plus
- A self-starter who loves systems, processes, and helping others stay on track
